3 tablespoons butter
3 bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup firmly-packed golden brown sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions - Banana Crepes:
Keep crepes warm in 300 degree oven.
Meanwhile, in a skillet melt butter. Add bananas, lemon juice and brown sugar to the skillet. Heat, tossing gently to coat bananas with sugar and butter.
Spoon the heated bananas down the center of each warmed crepe. Fold crepes in halves and arrange them on dessert plate.
Beat whipping cream until light and fluffy. Fold in powdered sugar. Dollop cream mixture on top of each banana crepe.
Recipe yields about 10 crepes.
