1 package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
3 tablespoons water
Directions - Triple Chocolate Crepes:
Pour chocolate morsels into blender and chop coarsely. Fold chopped chocolate into whipped cream and spread 1 tablespoon chocolate-cream mixture down center of each crepe. Roll up and set crepes aside.
In a saucepan combine remaining 1/2 cup chocolate morsels with water. Heat over low heat until morsels are melted and sauce in well blended.
Spoon chocolate sauce over cream-filled crepes. Serve.
Recipe yields about 10 crepes.
